CASE STUDY: EXAMPLE OF INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE COACHING
InterLink T&C was contracted to coach an executive within a corporation who had excellent technical skills but extremely poor people skills. Because of his technical expertise and his ability to generate profits, the individual was promoted up through the organization. However, upon reaching his current level, the lack of people skills was glaring, and hindering the executive from further growth. The corporation contracted with the coach and thus began a 3-year process. Even though initially the executive showed anger and resentment toward the coach, both persevered. The result? An executive who is now a "believer" in people skills and has experienced a profound transformation which has rippled through and impacted the entire organization.
