Linda's credentials make her a leader among corporate trainers and coaches. As well as owning her own company, InterLink Training & Coaching LLC, Linda serves as Global Liaison for Coaching and as an Executive Coach for The Ken Blanchard Companies (www.KenBlanchard.com or www.Coaching.com) and as a Ministry Partner with Coach Approach Ministries (www.CA-Ministries.com).

In 1997, Linda became a founding recipient of the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Since then, she has trained and coached leaders and their teams throughout the world. Last year Linda was awarded with an honorary doctorate for her contribution to the coaching community.

Fast forward to 2008 when Linda was invited to moderate the legislative debates preceding the primary and general elections. As part of a high performing team, Linda was involved in 14 debates throughout Arizona. This became a fascinating experience and a highlight for the year.

As an executive coach, Linda has mediated a number of complex situations involving individual and team conflicts. Linda identifies the hidden messages and themes within the "conflict" or "situation," and then designs interpersonal and organizational systems to surface them in constructive and positive ways. Linda's passion is the establishment of strong internal relationships and a commitment to leadership development within high functioning teams and organizations.

Linda is a keynote and conference speaker, having presented about coaching nationally and internationally. She also has co-created and held a leadership position with local ICF chapters in Seattle and Phoenix. Linda lives in Phoenix with her husband. She hikes and plays golf whenever she can!
