coaching and related topics. I have starred my favorites!
Coaching in General

 | THE REVISION OF DENNIS KINLAW'S VERY SUCCESSFUL COACHING FOR COMMITMENT.
This book is based on the author's premise that coaching is one of the
best ways to build employee commitment, and that commitment is key to
sustained, superior performance. The first edition focused on managers
and supervisors as coaches. Since the first edition was published, there
has been an erosion of leadership roles; more and more individuals have
been placed in leadership positions, and self-directed teams are
becoming more and more common. As a result of these changes, Kinlaw has
refocused the revision to address most everyone in an organization.
Coaching is essential to teaching new skills, bridging gaps in
performance, and provoking enhanced workplace performance. This
step-by-step resource shows professionals how to counsel, mentor, and
tutor their coworkers or direct reports. |
 | COACHING FOR IMPROVED WORK PERFORMANCE,

coaching procedures with their subordinates to obtain immediate,
positive results and eliminate self-destructive employee behavior.
Coaching has proven to be one of the most powerful one-on-one management
techniques for getting the best out of every employee. This book stands
as one of the most practical guides for effectively coaching all levels
of employees in any workplace situation.
